International Sales Manager

T⁠-⁠Kartor is looking for International Sales Manager who can continue our success stories.

What you will do

At T⁠-⁠Kartor we have been combining cartography, GIS and programming expertise since 1985 to create and maintain geographical information, maps and charts. T⁠-⁠Kartor works with agile software development and can provide technology as a licensed or cloud solution. 

We are a growing and innovative company with a global footprint. Our success is largely due to our highly skilled colleagues and strong culture of striving to succeed and allowing ourselves to constantly break new ground. 

We are currently developing systems for Norwegian defense, Swedish authorities and production systems for big cities like London, Paris and New York. 


Responsibilities include:

  • Design and implement strategic sales plans that globally expand the company’s customer base and ensure its strong international presence
  • Prepare an international marketing strategy for the geospatial market in line with the Company’s goals
  • Develop business relationships and identify emerging markets within government agencies and private organizations
  • Create, manage, and develop an experienced sales team to implement the Company’s international marketing strategy
  • Develop and manage a customer relationship management system
  • Manage the sales channels directly with the customer or through partners
  • Generate proposals and manage pricing

Who Are You?

Qualifications of the Ideal Candidate:

  • Technological knowhow with practical applications, such as Geographic Information Management System (GIMS) and Big Data at several security levels
  • Experience in the geospatial space and technical programs
  • Strong decision-making skills, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Fluency in English
  • Master’s degree in marketing, with an emphasis in geography, computer science, business administration, or GIS
