Right now we are looking for a Delivery Manager to our office in Kristianstad.
About the position
As delivery manager, you are responsible for the continuous delivery to one or more customers. You work closely with customers, sales and your teams.
The role entails that you either have a close dialogue with product owners to translate the business needs into a suitable technical solution, or that you take on such a role within an assignment. You lead the teams to a constantly improved delivery with efficiency, customer value and well-being as keywords. You have daily contact with many project stakeholders to drive, demand and inform about progress.
You report to the development manager on the status and changes of the various needs for a good delivery.
About your profile
You have experience of running complex software projects and are driven by creating value for the customer. You have successfully taken responsibility for both budget and requirements work. In your toolbox, you have both agile and traditional project management methods that you combine well as needed.
You work in a structured way and are motivated to achieve set goals together with your team. You are energetic and have a good communication ability. Motivating and enthusing people in your daily work comes naturally to you.
We prefer that you have a technical background.
As a person, we believe you are committed and relationship driven. You have the ability to see the whole, as having an eye for detail. In addition, you have a passion for learning and are happy to share your knowledge and experiences with your colleagues. You want to grow with the company and take on new roles in the future.
